Guarantee Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to Blauly, an application from RENT-O SOFTWARE LLC ("we", "our", "us"). We offer a basic repair guarantee to protect owners from accidental damage that may occur to their items during a rental. This policy outlines the requirements and limitations of our current guarantee system, which may improve as the platform grows.
2. What is covered
The Blauly guarantee covers accidental damage that happens during a rental, up to a maximum of $50 per incident. To qualify for coverage, the owner must provide valid proof of the item's condition before and after the rental, as well as a repair receipt.
3. Requirements for claim
- Photos or videos must be taken right before the rental, clearly showing the item working in normal condition.
- Photos or videos after the damage must also be provided.
- A repair receipt must be shown, including the cost of the repair and the name of the company that performed it.
- The damage must be clearly attributable to the rental period.
4. Payout method
If the claim is approved, up to $50 will be credited to the user's balance within the Blauly platform. This balance can be withdrawn at any time using the standard withdrawal process.
5. Limitations
The guarantee only covers up to $50 of the total repair cost. Any amount beyond that will not be reimbursed by Blauly. This amount may increase as the platform gains more popularity and financial stability.
Blauly reserves the right to deny a guarantee request if the evidence provided is insufficient, unclear, or if the damage is deemed to have occurred outside of the rental period.

We are committed to improving our platform. As the platform grows, we aim to increase the coverage amount and offer a more complete guarantee system.
